FiveBrother® Warranty Policy

 

Coverage Period: One Year from Date of Purchase

 

FiveBrother® is committed to providing high-quality garments that are built to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a warranty against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to garments purchased directly from FiveBrother® or authorized retailers.

 

Warranty Details:

 

Defects Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship found in the garment at the time of purchase. These defects include issues related to stitching, fabric quality, and construction.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by accidents, alterations, improper care, or any damage resulting from non-standard usage. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Claim Process: If you believe your FiveBrother® garment is subject to a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

a. Direct Purchase: If you purchased the garment directly from FiveBrother®, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@fivebrotherworkwear.com. Our team will guide you through the return and replacement process.

b. Purchased from Retailer: If you purchased the garment from an authorized FiveBrother® retailer, please return the garment to the place of purchase along with the original receipt. The retailer will facilitate the warranty claim on your behalf.

Resolution: Upon receiving the defective garment and validating the warranty claim, FiveBrother® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective garment. If the exact item is not available, a comparable item will be provided.

 

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the warranty claim process, unless specified otherwise by FiveBrother®.
