Return Policy

Our return policy covers brand new items that have not been used or worn. Please inspect all your items when you receive them before using them.


We will gladly exchange your item. Our fast exchange policy gets the new item out to you right away even before we have received your returned item. Please follow the instructions below.

  • Only items purchased from us may be exchanged with us.
  • The item being exchanged must be brand new with the product tags still on it. It may not be soiled or smell like smoke.
  • Follow the “returns” policy below for the item that you would like to return. Then re-order the new garment from the web site and we will ship it right out to you! You will be paying for shipping to have the replacement item sent to you.
  • Contact us if you have any questions.


We value your business and therefore if you are not completely satisfied you have 30 days to return your purchase. The following conditions apply to all returns.

  • Only items purchased from us may be returned to us.
  • All returns will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • The original purchase price of the item, less the re-stocking fee, will be refunded. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any item that has been embroidered, hemmed or altered is not returnable. Please check the garment before customizing it.
  • Please email our customer service department at [email protected], or call us toll free at 800-747-6323.  We will make send you what you need to finish our return process.


Defective Merchandise

All merchandise that you receive is new and free from defects. Please inspect all items right when you receive them.

  • If you feel you have a garment with a defect that was caused in the manufacturing of that item please contact us
  • If an item is found to be defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue you a refund.
